Renewal Requirements
As published by the school for the current cycles.
6-Hour Core course + 6 hours of electives (including Sexual Harassment Prevention Training). If licensed between Nov 1, 2023 and Oct 31, 2025: 45 hours of post-license education is required instead.
12-hour Broker Management CE course + 6 hours Core CE + 6 hours Elective CE (including Sexual Harassment Prevention). If licensed before Feb 1, 2025.
CE Courses
The single core curriculum required by Section 5-70(e) of the Act for brokers and managing brokers: subjects including advertising, agency, disclosures, escrow, fair housing, leasing agent management and license law. Provided in the classroom, by live interactive webinar, or online.
